This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Bhakti Marg App operated by MJ Tech Global (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
Bhakti Marg App provides spiritual learning content including devotional audio, video, religious teachings, and educational materials. By making a purchase through the application, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription or paid access at any time.
• If a subscription is cancelled, the auto-renewal will be disabled.
• Users will continue to have access to the purchased content or subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing period.
• Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically guarantee a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital devotional and spiritual learning content provided through Bhakti Marg App, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the content or services has been granted.
However, refund requests may be considered in limited situations such as:
• Accidental purchase
• Duplicate payment
• Technical error during payment processing
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction date.
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Granted
Refund requests may be declined in the following situations:
• The refund request is made after 48 hours of the purchase date.
• The purchased content or services have already been substantially accessed or used.
• The issue is related to device compatibility problems, internet connectivity, or user-side technical issues.
• The purchase was made with full knowledge of the service offered.
4. Payment Processing
Payments for subscriptions or premium content may be processed through secure third-party payment providers or UPI payment applications such as:
• Google Pay
• PhonePe
• Paytm
• Other authorized payment gateways
All payment transactions are securely handled by the respective payment providers.
Bhakti Marg App does not store or have access to users’ card numbers, bank account details, or UPI credentials.
5. Subscription Billing
Some services in Bhakti Marg App may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
For subscription plans:
• payments may automatically renew according to the billing cycle
• users may cancel their subscription at any time
• cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect the current billing period
